How do I turn on the active hourly tracker?

I just cannot seem to figure out how to turn on the active hourly tracker for hourly work. I've had to do the manual time uploads so far, because I can't find any button to have it log automatically. Where is this located? I can't find it on either my phone or desktop.

Have you downloaded the Upwork Desktop App? If not, this is what you'd normally use to track your time on contracts. Once you've installed it, feel free to check out this help article for more information on how to log time using the app.

No, I didn't even know there was an Upwork destop app, I've always just used the phone app and web platform.
