How do I withdraw money earned from Upork?

I can't seem to withdraw any money I have earned from upwork?

It is asking me for tax codes etc. I live in Vietnam and am not an American Citizen?

Please help.

You just complete the W8-BEN under Setting > Tax Info, which confirms that you are not a US tax payer and that Upwork does not have to apply any withholding tax.
