How do i make an offer to a client for my fees

I am fairly new to Upwork and have done some work for a client in May-19. I wish to do the work again for the same fee this year. How do i do this. The client has agreed but i cannot work out how to send him the offer.

Once you have agreed among yourself, the client can just send you an offer or rehire you.

There may also be a button on the closed job to propose a new contract, if you want to save the client some time / effort!
