How do i send a direct message to a freelancer?

Hi searched for the freelancers who meets my requirements however i do not see an option to send a direct message to freelancers. 

I thought it may be a membership issue so i just upgraded my memebership, still I do not see an option to send a direct message.

Please could someone guide me on how to send adirect message?

You can't. You have to create a job posting and invite the freelancer. Make sure to make it private so that no other freelancers apply and waste their connects.

It is EASY to send a direct message to a freelancer.

All you need to do is create a job posting. Make it private. Then navigate to the freelancer's profile page, and click the Invite button.
