Hi,
This year I did one project for 1 client in Upwork for total amount of 590 Dollars. I understand that I did surpass the 500 dollars requirement to get 10% Fees on my next project. Still, when I apply to new projects, I can see that Upwork is going to charge me 20% Fees on my work, shouldn't this be 10% ? When I read the posts of other people and I read the rules about Fees it says that once you pass the 500 dollar invoicing per client, you get 10% fees in your next project...
Thanks for answering
Maria

you get to the 10% tier when you pass the $ 500 mark with any one client for all subsequent work with THAT (!) client (only)
The sliding fees are per client-relationship, not per freelancer profile, so with every new client you start from 0
