How do you handle the receipts/invoices for your accountant to deduct it from your taxes?

Hey eveyone, 

 

Would be curious to hear about how you manage to collect/gather your expenses/receipts for your CPA in order to deduct it from your taxes. Do you keep all the documents and once in a while you will send them over by email? Do you have to fill an excel file with the list of the deductible expenses?
