Client is asking for refund and accepting the work, I suspect client is a fake profile that takes jobs, then give it to americans for low pay and always try to find a way not to pay. I gave him an article of about 2300, it's the longest article on his site. The topic was done, he suggested 3000 words but I sure doubt this is a true concerns. He is trying to serve as a middle man to man americans who want to be writers work for free. My heart does out to those falling for tis scam
client is **Edited for Community Guidelines** i believe he is not really based in the US, but takes us jobs, hires us workers then doesn't pay them.
I checked and it seems that you already reported this to the team. Please allow more time for our team to investigate your report and take appropriate actions according to our internal processes.
Also, I would like to reverse the refund I sent him. He started with a
vague assignment with low pay, I probably shouldn't have taken it. He is
probably being a middle man, collecting jobs, then hiring on upwork for low
wages and also not giving good instructions so that he can claim he wants a
refund after the product is delivered to the client. Also, he shut down
communication when we had had not arguments. I believe this is a style of
scamming I have seen before. Usually someone from a culture where they
haggle prices well, **Edited for Community Guidelines**. They expect to eventually make
you write a paper for free. Most Americans are quick to refund and just
move on. I did that, but I regret it. If possible, I would like to rescind
the refund. Operators like this guy need to be exposed and removed from
these platforms. This is only about $ 60. That means we should resolve it
in about 20 minutes or we are losing money. He's a scammer. I gave him the
work. He accepted it. Possibly his client seo spam in iin it, but he
claimed he was the owner of the website and didn't have a client. The
article was well-written and researched. I did one round of proofreading
which is standard considering his pay. This needs to be resolved today, if
not you and I will lose money, he will win money. That's how the scam
works. It's rife on these platflorms. All he has to do is argue the clock
down, we're out of whatever we get paid and hour, and he's paid.

You can't. You sent the refund, that can't be reversed.

There is nothing to resolve that can be resolved here. If you have a dispute, that's where it will be resolved. If you have already refunded, that's the end of it.
