I have been on here and Elancer as a freelancer for many years. I have a need to hire some folks to support some project work I am doing elsewhere. Is there a way to have the same email address for a freelancer and client account? So far I am not finding it.
And no, I am not trying to hire myself. This is a legit need.

It's a little hard to spot, but all you have to do is click on settings (in the dropdown up by your name) and then you'll see a little green link at the bottom of the left sidebar that says "Create a Company"

Hi Alex,
To hire somebody You need to create a client account. Below are the steps to do so.
1) Go to your account (top right corner) menu and choose Settings.
2) Click the Create a company link at the bottom of the settings list on the left.
3) Choose Create a client Account
4) Follow the trails to complete the process.
Once set up, use the Accounts menu at the top-right of your screen to switch between using Upwork as a client and freelancer
