How is going my report request?

Hi, a couple of weeks ago I reported an agency for abusing me as a freelancer in the only way I was told I could report them: by reporting some of their incriminating messages. All I would like to know now is if the appropiate actions have been taken and if the agency's account has been limited or blocked. Thank you

Yes, i know that i already open a ticket about it. but the ticked has been closed and so i was unable to ask for update on that topic.
However, I understand that your examinations must remain private and I agree with this. All I would need is to make sure that my report has reached the resolution center that deals with these cases, even if Ionly report the messages and not the agency itself. Furthermore, I would like to know if I will be informed, if the report reaches a conclusion, if it will be accepted and the necessary measures with the agency will be taken or not. Thank you
