How long before client gets money back after I end a contract?

Hello. I just ended a contract with my client. He payed me less than the initial amount and I agreed, so some funds were left as "Remaining". Do you know how long does it take in days before he gets his money back? Should he do any additional steps.

Up to 5 business days and there is nothing else he needs to do

Thank you. We just decided of mutual agreement to reduce the price. We just did not really know how to proceed and I wanted to make sure he got his refund.
