How long do I have to wait to get paid for an hourly contract?

Hello,

On Monday 13th I started my hourly contract, the communication with the client was very good. The job had 5 hours so I finished in 3 days. The contract endedn on the 18th. 

The client does not want to close the contract because he wants to job together.

I have 2 questions:

1) It's 25th and I haven't been payed. Why does this happen? Maybe is because the client hasn't close the contract?

2) The contract must be opened for that job if the clients still want to work with me? I have no problem working with him, but i guess he will ask for a different work, so he can close the contract for this particulary job? Or if he close it, it means we won't work together anymore?

Hi Andrea,

For hourly contracts, you get paid following your weekly billing cycle. You can also check your transaction history to view the date when the funds will be available to you. Thank you!
