I have being on upwork actively for two months now nd i have sent several proposals but not even a reply. What else should i do to land a job?

It could be either your proposals or profile are unattractive, your field of specialisation is overcrowded, there are not so many clients, or all these factors combined. Your profile is set to private and apart from that, no one can tell when or whether you will land a job, sorry.
