Hi there
I just have two questions:
1 - It seems my client doesn't answer my message and didn't pay the hourly wage. How long should I wait to take action?
2- If a client doesn't pay, is it considered bad feedback for me or not?

1 two weeks. No your action needed. You will be paid or Upwork force you to refund.
2 opened contract have no feedback. Unpaid contract also opened. Feedback calculated only with ended contract and feedback leaved.
