Hi Upwork community,
When client ask "How many revisions do you accommodate?", how should I answer it? What does it mean?
Can someone please explain more about it?
Thank you!

None.
When the task is done, I know that it is done. That works well for my job niche, which is technical and not so "subjective."
I realize that for other types of work, this may not be the norm.
It isn't.
Designers generally factor in up to X (from what I have seen, usually 1 to 3) revisions, which are already calculated into their price. Any further revisions are charged.

But you're also asking what this concept means...
What it means is this:
You are a freelancer.
You are offering to do a fixed-price contract for a client.
This doesn't mean you are going to become their indentured servant forever.
You will specify exactly how many revisions they request. They can not ask for more.
You are designing a logo for their online shoe-selling website.
You specified they may ask for ONE REVISION.
You created the logo. They liked it, but asked if you could use a darker color.
You make the change. Then they need to pay you. They can not ask for more revisions.
