How to Agancy works and its benefit?

I have few doubt, please someone clear it out.

1. How to get Agency account?
2. What is the benefit of Agency account?
3. Is there any effect on the individual score to Agency Score?
4. If 5 freelancer working with Agency, and an individual freelancer get a project. to which account it will be counted.

Please see my answers below to your questions: 

1. How to get Agency account?
   Are you looking to create an agency account? Please follow the instructions noted below: 
   - Go to your account Settings page.
   - Click the Create a Company item in the list on the left.
   - Select the Create an Agency option and fill out the form.
   
   
2. What is the benefit of Agency account?
   Having an agency account allows you to sell your services on Upwork as a company instead of an individual freelancer. This is an opportunity to grow your freelancing business and career on Upwork. You may read more about agencies here.
   
   
3. Is there any effect on the individual score to Agency Score?
   If a freelancer is exclusive to or the owner of an agency, the agency's JSS will be shown on the profile rather than an individual rating. Click here for more about agency's JSS.
   
   
4. If 5 freelancer working with Agency, and an individual freelancer get a project. to which account it will be counted.
   The non-exclusive member of the agency was awarded a project, this job will reflect on his individual profile. However, if a member (exclusive, and/or non-exclusive member), bids for a project under the agency account, this contract will be reflect on the agency profile, and on the freelancer's profile.
