close my unapproved account

I opened an account with upwork and was closed after a few days, I uploaded my ID for verification and was not successful. I want you to delete my details from upwork.

I have this same issue. I have no notifications, no reasons, no help, no jobs, but cannot close my account because of a suspension. No answers.

I searched through spam and trash and found one email stating my account was on hold because I didn't verify my profile which makes no sense, as I had already been active. In any case, that's not a reason to not allow closure of an account. If I no longer want an upwork account, why would I want to go through further steps?

I am unable to close my account. I registered as a freelancer and didn't finish the creation of my profile. I wan't to delete my account permanently but I cannot access the settings.
