I searched through spam and trash and found one email stating my account was on hold because I didn't verify my profile which makes no sense, as I had already been active. In any case, that's not a reason to not allow closure of an account. If I no longer want an upwork account, why would I want to go through further steps?
I am unable to close my account. I registered as a freelancer and didn't finish the creation of my profile. I wan't to delete my account permanently but I cannot access the settings.
Can anybody help? I can't seem to close my CLIENT account, it says suspended but I don't know why. I just created the account awhile ago just to test it out then decided to close it anyway.
