How to Delete Account

I can't find where I can delete my account and the FAQ is useless on this matter. Can someone please post a link?

If you'd like to close your account, first make sure you withdraw any active proposals on your Proposals page

complete and close any active contracts and don't have any available or pending balance.Then you can close your account by visiting this page. For more information and detailed steps, please visit this help article.

I only just joined Upwork. I have absolutely no active transactions. No contracts, no pending payments, I have not even submitted any applications, nor have I received any communications from absolutely no one. I want to close my account today

I am unable to delete my account as I have used google sign in to join Upwork. Was just wondering whether it was possible for someone to delete my account for me?

I tried to close my client account profile (which is not my Freelance account). and suddenly it is telling me that I have an open job in processe and can not close the account, I am confused here because I don't have an open job in the client account rather than I have an open one in my freelance account. Does that mean it's going to close my freelance account after I finish the job?

If you need to edit your account information you can go to Settings > Contact Info. On the other hand, if you need to update your profile you can go to Find Work > Profile.

Hi,

You can close your account, there is an option in account settings. Once you click your profile pic on Home page, click on setting and there you find a option "Close my account'.
