If you'd like to close your account, first make sure you withdraw any active proposals on your Proposals page

I tried to close my client account profile (which is not my Freelance account). and suddenly it is telling me that I have an open job in processe and can not close the account, I am confused here because I don't have an open job in the client account rather than I have an open one in my freelance account. Does that mean it's going to close my freelance account after I finish the job?
