So how he reactive his closed account because he could not open his account to ask directly to you. Should he make new email and make a new account in Upwork for reactive that account. He still wants to use his old email (that closed account). The deleted account is **Edited for Community Guidelines** Can you and my friend contact each other by email?

Come on guys. There is NO EASY WAY to close my account. Every time I go to settings it takes me to my profile. There's no contact info option. I mean, in this day and age, this simple task has no apparent solution is mind-boggling. You might want to hire a freelancer to fix this mess. Do you know where to find any???
