Hello, trying to close my account but although I have a profile setup, I can't get to the " Settings > Contact Info > Click the "Close my account" link", whenever I try I keep getting redirected to the "setup a profile" page. All the info is already filled so I click continue and it asks me to verify a phone #, but nothing happens when I click "verify phone number". So I'm stuck and in need of some intervention. Thanks so much!

But I forgot UpWork password and security question, so I opened a new account a few days ago and it’s fully verified by video verification.
Recently, I found that my previous account is actually alive.
