How to Delete Account

I want to delete my account but help center page does not work. So i can not reach the page to remove my account.

I closed my account by accident, I meant to delete my client account and i accidentally closed both. I lost my freelancing account after putting so much effort to make it can someone please reactivate my account?

You can see the option to close an account there.
