How to Delete Account

Hello, I read the FAQ and even searched the blog on how to delete my account. I know what to do bu I am unable to do the options. On my  account I can not move passed the screen promoting me to create my profile. I do not need to create a profile. I need to delete my account all together.

We'll go ahead and close your account for you as requested.

You can only close your account which is permanent.
To close the account:
Go to your Settings > Contact Info > Click the "Close my account" link
