I have closed all my open and active proposals, and ended all active contracts in a bid to closing my agency account but I keep getting this message

 

In order to close this company please address the following:

  • Close all open proposals associated with the company

Please, what do I do?

I really need to close it urgently, please, as I have realized it is obstructing my search ranking.

I think Upwork need to work on this manual closing of proposals.

Closing more than 600 proposals manually just to close an account is not easy.

Authomating this system would make life easier for freelancers ad also help save a lot of time and energy for other equally important stuffs.

Well, that was after I spent 3 hours closing/withdrawing  all proposals. I could have used that time to generate well over 500 leads for my clients. Please, automate the system.

Go to your "Settings".

You will find an option to close the account!

Will you kindly assist me with closing my account?

I haven't personally authorized my data to be used by Upwork.

 

I have gone to settings and personal contact info, but when I press Close Account, nothing happens, I am asked to choose between some options, but whatever I do, nothing happens.
