I recently signed up for Upwork, and was in the process of completing my profile when I realized that I previously signed up for an account using a different email address in 2015. Now I have two incomplete and unapproved profiles, but I can't get to the Account>Settings page on either account to close it until my profile is approved... so I'm in a catch 22. How can I delete my account without having to submit and wait for an approved profile?
Thanks for the quick response. I figured that was the case, but can't seem to find a contact form that doesn't lead me back to the Help Center, which in turn, submitting a help request just links me to the Community Forum. Is there any way to get in touch with customer support other than calling their California number?
Im trying to delete my account but im unable to. I am forced to upload a picture and fill in all my details which i find unnecessary when deleteing my account. Would admin be able to delete my account?
