Dear admin, I was instructed to close this upwork by upwork support team to remove issue on the account i have been working since long. They suggested to contact via live chat to close the account after checking all the issue i was facing. Here is part of the email i received -

There is not setting icon in my account and I can not change my details such as educational information. So I want to close my account but there is not setting icon. How can I close my account?
