Hello!

 

I deleted my account some months ago, but I would like to recover it. The account has the same credentials (same email) as this one.

 

Could somebody please assist me with this?

Hi Carlota,

 

Since the old account's email address is the same as the email address from this account that you are posting from, we can't reopen it. Please change the email address associated with this account so that I can reinstate the old account as requested.

I am afraid I have another problem now: I can access my old account without problem, but I'm having trouble accessing the new one (under **Edited for Community Guidelines** now).

I used Google login, and it gets stuck in redirect:

I can’t close my account. I tried getting onto customer service but it’s not working.

I just want my account to be completely closed. Though, it’s not allowing me to. I don’t have proposals or contracts, or anything. Yet, I still can’t close it!
