I've been suspended for 4 days now and when I contacted customer support it just led me to the old ticket request of which I've already replied to so many times and it's really starting to annoy me
You may need to wait a year or two before you can start working on oDesk. According to the Policies the person has to be at least 18 to work on oDesk.

I have the same problem on my account, i made a mistake on posting informations during my application and with that my account was suspended, customer service gave me some instructions to resolve the issue, I follow all the instruction but my account is still suspended.

Go to settings then enter your pass and answer your security question
Then look out for this option.
