Create a good profile, use good grammar, I've seen some profiles, that have almost made my eyes bleed. 😆
Add a portfolio of previous jobs in the outside market, this is important since you're new, you have no history. So adding a portfolio may help customers see that you know your stuff.
Also, be concious with your rates, do not go too low, but don't go too high either.
