How to Handle Open Contracts After Client Disappearance?

Hello Support,

I have posted here to clear one thing, that is many times clients release the payment after getting the work and they disappear and they don't reply to the messages anymore. In such cases a contract remains open. My question is, is it better to keep a contract open for so long or to close it after the payment is released? Since the client has vanished after receiving the work and the probability of their return is very low.

It is dont matter.

I keeping it opened to avoid "No feedback" in history. But some FLs claimed that look too busy with many opened jobs.

So your choice.
