How to Resubmit my Profile?

My account was inactive for quite some time. When I try to bid for something I receive the prompt that I need to resubmit my profile. When I try to do that, I receive another prompt which says that I need to make the changes that were considered necessary after a review process and that the details of such changes have been emailed to me. I have not received any such emails and have no idea what these changes are.

How can I resbumit my profile or find out what changes are required?
