How to accept offer as agency

That is not possible. The contract has to be offered to and accepted by the freelancer(s) who will be doing the work through the agency.  The client then pays the agency and the agency pays the freelancer(s) outside Upwork.

You should be able to choose whether to accept as an agency freelancer or an independent. It depends on how the proposal was made.

When I press "accept" I get regular window with opportunity to write a message to client. And how should client send offet to agency?
