How to add a Agnecy or Agency member to a conversation

Hello,

I am apart of an agency and I would like to add another member who is apart of the agency to a conversation that I am having on the web platform. However, when I type their name in the search, it is unable to find this person. How am I able to add the person to the conversation? Should I get their email that they used to sign up on Upwork?

Hello all,

as an update, I found out that I can add members to chats when I am logged into the agnecy profile.

However, I am noticing that some of the chats that I have on my account are not appearing on the agency chat. I am an exclusive member on the agency so I am expecting that all chats appear on the agnecy.

So now my other question is, how am I able to add the agnecy I am with to the chat?

Also, what dictates when the agency can see the chat or when just the freelancer can see the chat?
