How to add a certificate to Upwork profile?

Hello,

I have finished the certificate for Hubspot's Inbound certification. This is one of the certificates that is in the drop down menu for the certificates section of the profile. I followed the directions on Upwork but when I visit the Hubspot page I do not see a tab/link that says "add to Upwork". It seems this needs to be clicked in order for Upwork to verify I passed the course.

Anyone know what is going on and how I can add it to my profile?
