How to add business managers on the agency public profile?

There are 4 business managers in the agency. However, our profile shows only 3 despite the settings show 4 business managers. What seems to be the problem?

Hi Valentine,

The reason why your members are not showing on your agency profile is because their visibility is private. Our team will update their visibility back to public and they should be listed on your agency profile. If your agency profile is not updated after a while let us know here. Thank you.
