Hello, Advance thanks to you all that we are looking for a answer, how to add my digital marketing certificate at upwork . Already I have attached google display ads ceritificate at upwrok but digital marketing certificate could not add in my profile.

I am waiting your help and fix my issue

I checked your account and can see that you Google Ads Display Certification is already showing on your profile. Are you referring to a different certification? Please let me know so that I can assist you further.
