How to add "Direct to local bank" payment method for the french west indies

I have some trouble adding a payment method to my local bank, I can't see the option "Direct to my local bank". I assume that is because I live in Guadeloupe and it's not listed here but Guadeloupe is not a country, it is an overseas department of France. In other terms, my country of residence is France.

Is there is a way I can work around this issue to be able to add my local bank as a payment method?
