How to become Top Rate only with long term project.

Hi community,

I come back to work in Upwork after 3 years. So for now my JSS is not available. And I only have 2 long-term contacts.  Therefore I don't have time to bid and join short-term projects. How I can earn the top rate badge with 2 -3 long-term projects?

To be fair, if you have no time to bid and no time to do anything else because you are already at capacity, why is your profile availability not set to "unavailable" and why do you want a top rated status? You have a rising talent badge, which basically gives you pretty much the same advantages,

I am freelancer not capital. What happens if we just do 2 - 3 long term contracts in many years. I think upwork should support Top Rate rule with long term contracts.
