How to block a client?

I've found a dozen answers to this question all mentioning that it should be there in a drop down when you click on their name, but it is not. I have a client I stopped working with a while ago and they keep messaging me about more work, and today they straight up sent me files for work when I've told them no multiple times.

I would like to just block them, but that option is not currently there.
