How to block a client?

I have the same problem! I know now how to block a former client in messenger (the first client from UpWork) but I want her not to be able to send me new proposals, or if I accidentally make an offer to a job she posts. Unfortunatelly we cannot see the clients profile, only their country.

You can see if it is a former client forcause it says so on the job feed.
