How to charge a variable fee to clients

How can I charge a variable fee to clients here in Upwork? I want to charge a commision based in the earning my clients will get with my job. It is not a fixed price or an hourly rate. The amount I want to charge at the end of the month (or week) will depend in the past results of my work.

You can ask the client to fund a milestone with an estimated amount and then alter the total when you submit a request under that milestone. Or you can ask for a small fixed amount up front and allow the client to pay you using bonuses thereafter. This type of payment structure is not really intended for the platform though. So, you are taking a bit of a risk.
