How to close a change feedback option for a client after enabling client to change the feedback

If someone has made the changes and enabled the client to change feedback, can he again disable that option for the client? If not then for how much time a client can change their feedback? Also, will I get notified if the client has been disabled to change the feedback?

There is no way to disable it, and the client can change feedback unlimited times for 14 days.
