How to contact a Manager?

Would you please tell me how to contact the Manager.

I asked the customer service before but they didn't do anything.

Your best bet will be when a moderator comes to the forum.

I haven't asked for a manager for this customer service, but since they probably all work from home, their manager is in cyberspace somewhere and can't be reached.

Hello Mariska,

I don't know that they are working from home. I thought that there is a big office and there is the Managers and team leaders.

Oh, I don't know for sure Eslam S., but I know that there's many companies  that don't have their CSR's in house.

Once Valeria is on the case, you'll be taken care of Eslam. She's helped me lots of times..
