How to contact fellow freelancers for advice

Hi,

So i was just roaming around on UpWorks search bar and i saw some pretty awesome profiles that matched my skillset. So i was wondering if there is a way to maybe contact fellow freelancers, to try and take some advice. Maybe get an opinion on my profile and is the direction correct? 

So is there a way that it can be done?

Also if no, then can someone here please have a look at my profile and tell me what can be done to improve it and what is the right direction to move in as a PCB Designer (Engineer).
