How to delete manual time added in a ended contract

I make a mistake, adding too manual time this week to a job and then I ended it.
I added 4 hours instead of 1 so I need to delete 3 hours. I need to bill just 1 hour, not 4.
How can I do?

After a contract has been closed, it is not possible to edit the work diary.


You can not delete manual time, or any other time, from an ended contract.


But don't worry!

You can simply issue a refund for the amount of money in question. If you find the contract listing, click on the "three dots" icon, you will see a dropdown menu that allows you to give a refund. You may calculate the proper amount of the refund (3 X your hourly rate) and send that amount back to the client.

Preston, he can't refund hours that haven't been billed yet. The hours are from this week (or he wouldn't be wondering how to delete them) so will be billed on Monday, and then there will be an voice against he can refund.


Luca, unfortunately you'll have to wait until Monday to fix this (Monday afternoon UTC, after the client has been charged.)
