Is it a fixed rate or an hourly contract? If fixed rate, did you submit the work properly (via the "submit for payment" function)?

If hourly, did you log your time? (I see an ongoing hourly contract that started on the 5th of July, is that it?)

Either way, you get paid automatically.

Not sure what you are talking about when you said the client didn't pay you.

As freelancers, we get paid automatically if the client does nothing.

I don't send messages to clients to ask for payment. I get paid automatically.

If you clicked the "Submit Work for Payment" button two weeks ago and the client is doing nothing, then you will get the money within 24 hours.

What are you supposed to do?
Do nothing. Wait for automatic payment.

Hi Upwork team,
My apology. I didn't visit my billing & earnings before I went to the
forum. I received the payment already. I saw it now that's why I edited the
subject of my inquiry.

Thank you very much for the early response

Best regards,
Cherry Me D.
