When I was new to Upwork, I accept a contract with a client and after a while, she canceled the contract because of her problems and told me that she do it in order to have no bad effect on my account. But from there, this contract counts as bad feedback on my job success score rate. All of my contracts have 5 stars feedback. How can I fix this problem in my profile?

Having no feedback on a job has no effect on your job success score. Also, a cancelled contract doesn't count as bad feedback, and has no effect on JSS (it used to, but Upwork changed this).

No, a "cancelled" contract can still have bad private feedback and count towards JSS. Contracts with no feedback don't have a negative effect any longer.

Yes, I guess I should have made that clear - the cancellation in itelf doesn't affect JSS, but the client can leave bad feedback, which does affect JSS.
