I forget my client security question and also Don't receive OTP from Upwork when I forget the security question, I can't fill this form https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000464433 because I don't remember all the question answers.
But I've password, Email and all details.
Anyone can help me get out of this problem.

Hi Giriraj,
I highly recommend that you fill in the form and submit it. You can add in the field at the bottom of the form that you have forgotten some of the answers so that the team is aware of your situation. Once submitted, it automatically files a ticket with the correct team who can help you gain recover your security question.
