How to get an English language 'Fluent' badge or verified tick on my profile?

Hello! I have completed my IELTS exam. I want to add my result on Upwork to get the English language verified (blue tick) badge in my Upwork profile. Can anyone tell me the process of doing it?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi there!

To add your IELTS certification to your profile, follow the steps below: 

1. Go to Find Work › Profile
2. Scroll down to the Certifications section and choose the Add (+) button
3. Select a verifiable certification from the list and follow the instructions provided

By completing the verification process, your profile will feature the official certification logo and a “Verified” badge on your certification.
