How to get badges.

Hello, 

I am working on upwork since December 2020.

and going well but couldn't get any badge yet.

Please someone there who can check the reason behid it?

You could become eligible for a Top Rated Badge if you manage to get your 12-month earnings over $1000, as long as you maintain all the other criteria. That means you need to have earned $1000 or more within the last 12 months, not overall, so you've quite some way to go.

You can't get a Rising Talent badge because you have a Job Success Score.

Rising Talent is a badge, which you get when you first start as an incentive to do well on Upwork. Once you have successfully completed at least five jobs for different clients, the Rising Talent badge gives way to the  Job Satisfaction Score (JSS) after which, when the freelancer has ticked all the criteria boxes, he or she will get the top-rated badge.
